McKinley Health Center float celebrating 100 year anniversary.

The annual Illinois Homecoming Parade returned to campus on Friday, September 13th, bringing together students, alumni, and the Champaign-Urbana community for an unforgettable evening of school spirit and celebration. The parade, which has been a beloved tradition since 1910, is set to feature colorful floats, the energetic Marching Illini, student organizations, and local businesses as they march through campus to celebrate the rich history of the University of Illinois.

In addition to the parade, Homecoming week is filled with events like the Homecoming 5K, pep rallies, and reunions, culminating in Saturday’s football game at Memorial Stadium. Whether you’re a current student or a proud alum, Illinois Homecoming is a time to reflect on shared memories and celebrate the future of this prestigious university.
