Jackie Barba is in her sophomore year of studying journalism. She currently works as a news correspondent for WPGU News, reports for the Illinois Student Newsroom and is the Communications Executive for the U of I's Society of Professional Journalists chapter. She has also worked as a New Voices Intern for the College of Media and written for the Daily Illini Features section.
